Great service and support- thank you Nimble! 🙏 The team at Nimble were very easy to contact and communicate with (via Checkatrade) and were able to assist with diagnosing the problem with my dishwasher and order the replacement parts, so that the repair could be completed the same day when the engineer attended. Jason was very knowledgeable and quickly had the machine repaired - he also went the extra mile to assist me in properly remounting the unit once he’d completed the repair. Booked online and Jason came out next morning to fix our dishwasher, he was really friendly, explained everything he was doing and so far so good it is working! Also guaranteed 30 days for a return call out to change a part if the problem returned, and showed me tips for any future issues, that might avoid the need for a call out, very reassuring.
